Baltimore, MD (June 27, 2024) – On Wednesday July 24, 2024 High’s stores will be participating in 24/7 day which is a day celebrating and recognizing the first responders, medical and emergency professionals, and Red Cross volunteers who are there for our communities during times of need. In five short years, this event has grown to include 30,000+ convivence retail locations across the U.S (that’s 1 in 5 c-stores in the country participating) – which equates to the store counts of both McDonald’s and Starbucks combined!
This year for 24/7-day High’s Stores will be offering:
- Free Coffee and Fountain Drinks for all first responders
- We will be donating $0.25 cents to the American Red Cross for all ice cream purchases that day including (hand dip, cup/cone, milkshakes & Hurricanes)
- We will be doing a change round up in all stores with all proceeds donated to the American Red Cross
- We will be asking stores local communities to nominate their favorite Hometown Hero (first responder) to be recognized at their local High’s on 24/7 day where High’s will start a campaign the beginning of July and announce 10 Hometown Hero winners Monday July 22nd , 2024 to honor them with a High’s gift pack at their nearest location ( winners will be decided by the High’s Support Team based on the information provided in their nomination)
